These are amazing! Best thing to happen to sandals in forever.

I CAN WEAR FLIP FLOPS AGAIN! I had to stop wearing my favorite flip flops because they did not have an arch. I love these inserts. They are super comfortable and gave me the arch support that I need.

I used them in my sandals and this helped a lot with support

I bought a pair of Sketchers platform Rumblers thong/ sandals last year but because I already had a pair of size 7 that were a tad too short all the way around and because these sandals don't come in half sizes, I ordered 7 W. But the straps on those were too loose. The foot-bed is good so I contemplated taking them to a shoe repair to shorten the straps to hold them on my feet. Also, because the foot-bed on this sandal is flat, if I wore them for any length of time by the end of the day my feet would ache through the next day. I wore these for the first time today in the 7W. What a difference! My foot is now raised closer to the straps making the fit better. The end of the orthotic hugs the under side of my toes exactly like my $200 pair of professionally made orthotics. This makes it so much easier when walking also makimg it less likely to have the thong slip off the foot. The orthotic itself feels comfortable under the foot. It isn't squishy soft but it is pliably soft. I suggest setting the orthotic in the shoe and standing in it before you tape it down. Although, even after I taped them down I had to lift one out and re-adjust. They do stay in place. They fit perfectly in my arch, are comfortable and you can't see them.

Comfortable. Just received and placed these in one of my favorite sandals and so far they are pretty comfortable.

These are the best things to happen to thong sandals in forever. I’m on my third pair and will be buying more. They DO stick, they Keep sandals on, help to make them much more comfortable and easier to walk in. I’ll be putting them in every pair I own!

Comfortable support and totally unseen.

These are wonderful. Very comfortable. They work perfectly in my flip flops and THEY DO STICK AND STAY IN PLACE. There is a clear backing on the insole that needs to be peeled off. They are actually very sticky and adhere to the flip flop. The arch support is not stiff. It’s not like a prescription orthotic, but it does provide some support. I’m very happy with this purchase and will be ordering more. review image

Takes a bit to get used to, but they work without pain. Adhere fine. Nice gradual lift at arch. For anyone who wears thongs frequently and has falling arches, this is a nice product for support.

Really like these. They are comfortable and have adhesive underneath which holds well. I gave them four stars rather than five because I've only used them a short time, I think they will be comfortable for a long time. But for now I’m very very pleased

Saved my leather flip flops. Now I can wear my leather sandals all day without any plantar fascia pain, which means I can keep the flip flops I have and not have to buy all new (more expensive) ones. I bought two more sets of these insoles for my other leather flip flops.

These adhesive pads fit beautifully in my thong sandals. I've purchased a couple of higher priced thong sandals that really don't provide any cushion, which is horrible for arthritic feet. These give me padding and some arch support. My feet don't hurt now and that's worth every penny! The arches could be a bit higher for me, as I have high arches, but they really do make my shoes so much more comfortable. You can't see them either. So far, they have stayed in place with the adhesive backing that sticks the entire piece in your shoe. I stuck the toe part on first and then just peeled the backing off to lay the rest of the pad. I will buy these again!

Adds Comfort! This product could use more product for a higher arch support. It is comfortable, perfect for a pair of sandals with toe piece. I even use them in a pair of open toe heels. The adhesive is perfect and keeps it in place. I used them in a pair of sandals the took them and used them in my open toe heels to add more arch support and foot cushioning.

Ever since I got diagnosed with planters fasciitis I’ve been trying numerous different things to make my feet feel comfortable. These by far are more comfortable than my heel inserts and insoles or new tennis shoes. They’ve been a lifesaver.

Great for a flip flop - being clear, the support is not noticeable and comfortable .
